Grieving
No one wants to hear about
No one wants to see
This still-bleeding heart
Buried inside of me
I must keep the pain silent
Keep my eyes dry
I'm supposed to stay strong
There is
no time to cry
Yet there in the darkness
I hear his voice whisper low
I can barely make sense of it
But I won't let him go
Life is a funny thing
So bitter, yet so sweet
And I hope in your next one
You and I will once again meet
