An old ancient proverb is ”The enemy of my enemy is my friend” Have you heard this before Does it mean anything to you Is it a reflection of todays thinking Having enemies today is very different than ancient times Becoming friends with the rivals enemies, created larger armies Larger armies marching on to destroy Marching on with Destruction and Death along the way I feel semi fortunate to be here, in the now I would like to believe that we, as a people have learned That we have learned, to love our enemies and their friends That we have learned, to put down weapons That we have learned, weapons only destroy Weapons do not create We need to be creative and move forward Moving forward will give the future another ancient proverb ”The friend of my friend is my friend....”
