When the sun sets
A fear takes over me
A fear of night
A fear of dreams

I wake up screaming
As though I am tearing
into a thousand tiny glass pieces
My fear overpowers me

Dreams haunt me
Memories **** me
What have you done to me
I never seem to know

Once the sun sets
I become a child
A child scared of darkness
A child full of fear

I feel like screaming
In middle of the night
I feel like hiding
Away somewhere
Away from the grasp of dreams

I'm a victim ,comfort me
