A salt water river runs from my eyes
I muffle the sounds of my breaking heart
Your girlfriend tore through like a tornado
Left a heartless path of destruction
You’re so wrapped in lust
You’re completely blind of her toxicity
Kept under thumb of rules a regulation
A relationship of dictatorship
All I ever wanted was a friend in you
All that’s left is a shadow of existence
And the hardest goodbye
