The rounding up
I've sat in on a Wednesday before
and was not too impressed at the things that I saw
Wednesday is
matter of factly a bore.
If there was to be
as days go grumpily
to form the week
only
Wednesday
I'd move away
But they feed us false hope,
pretend
there's only one such day
and house the rest by different
names and call them by different ways.
we in the know
know that every day's a Wednesday.
****?
who's got the ****?
see
you jump to conclusions
I take it all in my stride
hide
in my own footprints
if you want to wear the Wednesday hat
put up with the crap
sit at the table and chew the fat
just do it
but not me.
At two I'm through
and you
can do as you please.
