What you are
is what surrounds you

Do you walk
with red anger
always exposing the
claws behind your back
or are you the silent air
that moves us
stealthily thru this world
gentle as a warm whisper

You are that
an inward
light reaching
for its kindred flame
You are not always what you eat. What defines you is within you and without you. Pay attention to what is surrounding you.
