The night dwelled in the caves like it normally does and it was ushered to light by the sunrise. The guide of a new day all together. The snores that stimulated the lonely night bombarded the room from one corner to another and each sleeper took to their own effect.Each on their own shores of normality and cruising on own contentment. In another lifetime, it was all different and the questioning was limited and unknown to itself.
Yet here I am again, as the clouds jest in the figurine blues; majestically glowing with unchangeable hues.It's as if I were a volcano, restructuring the layers of craters awaiting another destruction and explosion. Flowing down to spaces and areas where my open gesture is unwelcome. Somedays the existence of everyday living is empty and with haunted memories. These little secret snippets that play around on and on and on.
Do we chose to exist and get lost? or Do we chose to be free and feel the pain? The lessons in life are of the past, yet they embellish our current present. We can only take them as traded moments to make ourselves better human being. I know so well how it feels to be with people but alone, confined in the closets of self. The very aspect of being open to life is liberating and it provides us with faith and a hope to be better people in this existence.For if we chose to be blind we reject the abundance of life to manifest.
When the energetic feel is active it can lead to a holistic imbalance. This can be detrimental to an individual overall health and wellbeing. To be in that empathetic space where you feel every nuance of negativity and every web of the positive connectivity can be a hard space to exist.It's like floating inside a bubble permanent shade with ebbs and flows of association and disassociation intermittently.
There are a lot of people in the world trying to balance their emotional state. It's never an easy journey to discriminate negative energies especially when one is overly sensitive to the effects of 'feel' itself. Here are five points that always help with dealing with an emotional rollercoaster:
1. Take heart and acknowledge what you are feeling. It is important to have that self-awareness of the feeling itself and the emotions it is generating e.g sadness, anger, pain etc.
2. Take a reflective journey and identify what the trigger of the emotive state is. Is it something triggered through your own emotions or is it from an external factor.
3. Radiate back to the heart as all other emotions apart from LOVE are negative emotions. Draw back to the positivity of the emotion and remind yourself that it is just a passing moment.It is important to acknowledge how and why you feel the way you do.
4. Try and bring yourself back to the present moment and create a positive reality that will help you deal with the effects of the negative moments. You can speak to a close friend, engage in activities or even meditate. Always remember that the emotion does not define you.
5. Lastly, once you have snapped back from the emotion, always learn from it. It is very important to be reflective of the lessons learnt from the emotion as it makes you deal with future negative feelings. Learning from the emotion/ feeling can also help you identify red flags in the development of future self.
