"How to be truly happy?"

1. Do the things that can make you feel happy

  - Even the smallest thing counts. If you're into video games, sports, writing or traveling you should go and do it right now. No one can stop you from doing anything that makes you feel happy but remember, you should always be aware of making your own decisions, choosing happiness is a good choice but everything has it's own limitations.

2. open-up things

   - It's ALWAYS better to open-up things to your parents, siblings, best-friend, or someone who you think can be trusted. I know it's not very easy for you to share your problems and say what's bothering you at this moment but trust me, once you open-up things to someone, you'll feel relieve and it can lessen the pain you're feeling.

  3. Learn how to say no sometimes

    - I've always been in a situation that I let other people abuse my kindness to get what they want. They don't care about somebody else's feelings and to be honest, IT'S SO TERRIBLE. But now, I'm here to advice you that it's okay to say no sometimes especially when you're in a state of being abused and if he/she is not treating you in a nice way.

4. Have a time for yourself

  - turn off your phone, laptop, or anything that has to do with social media and internet even just for a day. Try something new or different to refresh your mind. Drink some coffee or a tea and relax yourself from overthinking.

5. Learn not to care on what might people say to you

   - Don't be affected and sensitive. I had an experience before that whenever some people are throwing bad things about me, I easily get affected. Perhaps, you cannot please everyone, not all the people will like you and you just have to accept it. Don't mind what they think about you, just be yourself and be happy.

6. Learn how to let go, move on

    - You have to let go of something that can make you feel bad about yourself. Forget those tattered memories, start a new beginning and make some good memories. Life is short, don't waste your time stressing yourself from the things that already happened. Move on and get over it.

7. Acceptance

    - "Acceptance is the key to happiness"
The only way to be completely happy is Acceptance. Holding on to something that wasn't even worth to hold is a bad decision, right? So why keep on holding onto it if it's the reason why you're miserable and unhappy?
