Icy stars waft gently across the night sky,
Blazing suns so distant and cold.
Perhaps in some far flung future
We might feel their warmth;
Or walk in green worlds beneath them,
But for now it is not so.

No,
Now all we can do
Is look up to those far off lights
And remember,
That though our world has fallen;
The Heavens yet remain.
