I might have taken for granted

make me drunk high intoxicated
or stupid
in retrospect
make me say ****
now that is unique
that is a new way of saying what I felt and
could not, I speak to the mountains the mole hills
the largest and the small
the powered the weak
say something strong! Strong !!
Make a simile smile a
metaphor dance in my eyes dreamy.
Take my imagination to the edge of denial
then push me over into believing,
into that daydream that
fantasy we all need.
*** me up with words like I am
naked among a world of mermaids,
swimming in bays of
green
island
make believe
talk me to the limits, love;
for their is no other heaven
but what you make
no other hell in which you make
no world spinning but this, let's us
get heart
and give back and swirl and fly
because we
might  be human
and need to, after all.
