Dance for me, little princess
mouth taped shut
arms taped up
to her ears
in permanent surrender
a white flag or a white dress
what difference does it make?
off with her head
bang and she's dead
or is she? you can hardly tell
for all the strings and
tape
that holds her up
she looks like she's dancing
but it's only convulsions
to shivers
to a blank stare
to nothing for eternity
except nothing became something once so why not again
Dance, little puppet, dance
you're here
so you might as well dance until you're dead.
I didn't actually think as I wrote this, so I'm not sure what it is, but hope someone somewhere enjoys it
