Look how the water
sits.
Droplets
pool in
miniscule puddles,
comfortable positions
on this imperfect plant.

Petals gleaming, and bending in
the summer wind,
wearing light green,
soft, cool, and moist
orange and browns shades
surrounded by a pool
of random stones.
