I am an extremist
Proud to shout
From inside to out
But I know I'm not a terrorist

My views are so far
So distant to yours
And mine I think have started no wars
Never blown someone to pieces with a bomb packed car

I've not killed the innocence of youth
I've not killed anyone
I have shot a gun
But I will only answer to the truth

I am an activist
One who seeks something far from modern day realities
Perhaps I am involved in too many fantasies
But I am an activist, just this one is a pacifist

I am extreme
What I seek  to spread though through a passive path of peace
Would be to unite , to embrace and to never release
But I am an extremist and I am so detached from your dysfunctional dream
