"BE THE LIGHT" A candle in the night lights the way. The poor man sits, gray haired, weary eyes, truly a tragic display. A soul full of darkness, No light in sight, just an empty carcass, Yelling to the sky, WHY WHY WHY The old man no longer wants to live, much rather die! Does the Light really exist? The old man asked me with a clenched fist. Fore I begin to tell him, Once I too lived in the dark That bench is where i slept, there in the park Alone like you, nothing to live for, won't leave a mark Limitless, infinite, eternal The light is who You are. The world becomes so dim So be closer and closer to him. When Jesus' light shone in and washed our sins away So people blinded by darkness could receive their sight, and find the path to get on their way No more shall you live in the dark but shine bright In this one life i've choosen to- Be the Light!- T.V.D
