I can’t help but drown on land
Weighed down by the little things
The negativity that’s insignificant as sand
Its voices pulling on my mind with strings
I continue to fall deeper under the water
No chance of coming back
One small comment and I fall further
The inky darkness of pain almost black
All the support and praise washed away
By one perspective as naive as mine
To dwell on this makes life grey
It hurts and pains, but I say I’m fine
When really I can barely stand up
Yet I refuse to say no, to give up
I don't even know. It sounded kinda cool
