Stealing glances at a face so different and yet familiar,
Thought of the past and thoughts of forever,
But what does she think now, some years later,
My same face, just taller and hairier.
Her thoughts are an enigma that I shall not solve,
Unless I decide to steel my resolve,
But what of us should ever come?
If fun wrong? Well, no but hurt might be done.
And if she says no? Big deal, won't be the last relationship you blow.
Well, I think I'll hold my tongue, as she looks to go.
If only she knew what I am writing down.
Perhaps the same thought is sparking through her profound.
Oh the bite so cruel so sweet,
When an old friend I, Random, Meet.
