When the midnight sky grows silent
Under the hue of a dim lit star.

Like theives they creep back in
Returning home from afar.

Their siren call reminding me
Of every mistake I've ever made.

My thoughts  overtake my mind
their vicious plan has just been laid.

They steal the away my solace
My torture feeds their fire.

My memories may win tonight
Their force will never tire.
Life with a side of bipolar. Writting is so much better than my meds.
