created by a dam ***** and her short mongrel lover
that either coaxed her to lie down as we
in fervent ardor do
or perhaps brought a ladder
and every one a blessing a name
for they are as different as they are the same
in their midst is snoopy
and rover, traveller and Missy Jr. ,
fuzzy, droopy , spot and clover.
My favorites so far are Magnolia , and big daddy, but
of course I love them all. I sit and watch with pride as they
eat their first solid food, and hear their yelps and barks, at two in the morning. And watch them play with bellies full all over my welcome mat, with pride.
