Each tick of the clock,
With time passing on.
Every second and minute counts,
But when does time become irrelevant?
Is it when we ignore it's protruding stride?
Knowing each second and minute,
Brings us closer to die.
I have watched and wasted,
The many timely hours at hand.
As the clock strikes it's hours,
Across the land.
