It was our first kiss.
You’re drunk but didn’t miss.
I ought to break away,
But your lips made me want nothing but to stay.

With need and passion,
Gentle with your possession.
We aren’t meant to do this,
But what could I do when you put me to bliss?

Tell me, is this what you hid?
Waiting to get drunk before you did?
The courage you lack to take the risk,
Drunk and lost, you did in a brisk.

"I love you" is what you said
But you take it back, to **** what's already dead.
Your contradiction is killing me.
Your actions put me in agony.

Lost in the moment,
You put me in euphoria and torment.
Your hands are exploring and careful.
I'll get drunk in this before you get regretful.

Your drunken thoughts and the words you say
They're all I need to keep me at bay.
We almost did what we shouldn't do.
We almost got lost in it, oh god, you know it's true.

I guess you got sober.
Before we know it, it's over.
When all is done and said,
Your contradiction went beyond what I can comprehend.

"Don't touch me!", is what you blurt
*******, you know that will hurt.
Your messed up mind left nothing but tears,
To this girl who loves you and has nothing but fears.

When the morning came, I'm still in pain.
You decided to deny, to make your thoughts sane.
We pretended like all is well.
But we know *we already parted ways
though no one can tell.

One drunken night, and that's all it takes
To disturb this mind and all that makes
This heart doubt and bleed
With the drunken thought of where this path will lead.
One drunken night with someone I once held so valuable, my perfect contradiction, the man that may be considered as my greatest love.
