Jul 2015
my heart is pumping its last motions
impaled on sharpened sticks
(of its own fashioning)
each one a lie I told myself
(as if it were truth)

when they ask you -
tell them - yes
hearts can commit seppuku

I witnessed mines do it today.

~ B****** heart !
what can we do when our own heart betrays us?
