"Life has erased you, and swallowed the love
we shared.
With i having many chances at night to
explain my wrongs, and your rights.
This desperation haunts me with an unexplainable
fear.
Not having you know just how much i do, and did care.
Being gone now, nothing is ever the same.
Again, you not being here to hear my confession
of the blame.
For all the things that i said, and praying
for forgiveness while i lie nights in our bed.
Now alone in this darken time with this desperation
all my own.
I must put it to sleep. it needs to come to an end.
A tortured brain needs to be healed.
My life needs to mend."
