I'll come to you on bended knee
Asking you to marry me
In my front pocket will be the ring
While from behind the choir will sing

Then to you I'll hold out my hand
Taking yours into it and
Slipping on your finger the golden band
Committing my love for you to always last

We'll find a cottage by the sea
Where our love will never leave
As it blooms into a family
Where all we'll have is all we'll need

As our love grows from young to old
We'll sit back to its stories told
With the fact there's still more to know
As our love continues to grow

And all because of this bended knee
When I asked you to marry me
Where my front pocket held the marriage ring
While from behind the choir did sing
