I think the moment I met you
Time stopped
I forgot how to think
How to breathe
How to move
All I could feel
Was you
And your presence
And the way you looked
And the way you sounded
And the way you moved
& It was all I could do
To hold myself back
From also seeing how you taste
I think the moment I met you
My heart beat full speed
I forgot where I was
Where I'd been
Where I was going
All that I knew
Is where I had to be
Closer to you
And your smile
And your energy
And your world
& It was all I could do
To hold myself back
From asking you to be apart of it
To be the start of it
And the middle
And the end
Cause I could not settle for friends
I need to hear, to see, to feel, to know
How far and this could go
& Whatever els I was doing can wait
Cause it seem i have a date with fate.
