Mar 2015
she curls her hair she paints her toes
she laughs out loud he'll never know
she smiles just a little and laughs too much
dragged down by everything that has to do with love
she hides her face she closes her eyes
and if he asked she'd have to lie
she lays down and falls asleep
knowing she'll meet him in her dreams
then see him tomorrow for real this time
maybe that will give her butterflies
