Sometimes it makes you wonder Just what was on their minds The day that they promoted them Thinking they would do just fine
They say they have the answers Think they understand Know for sure it will work out Because they have a plan
You watch them make mistakes Try to help out where you can Then get told just do your job They don't need a helping hand
So now you sit back and just laugh At decisions that are made Because you know they've been tried And failed along the way
You would think that they could see Your experience could just help Use the knowledge that you have Before they get walked out
But they just keep on pretending They hope that no one sees That what they know is no where close To where it needs to be
Sometimes it makes you wonder What was on their minds The day that they promoted them Thinking they would do just fine.
Sometimes it makes you wonder

Sometimes the boss simply shouldn't be the boss. You try to offer help but cant force them to accept it. So there is nothing you can do but watch the destruction because if they won't listen or accept the help then they have to learn the hard way. And Unfortunately this is a sad but true story...lol
