Sunday Drive
I just bought a brand new car
Stuffed the world into the front
Took it out for a ride
Across the universe
Stopped off at the Milky Way
Where it is that we did lunch
With the picnic basket that I had
Packed into the trunk
That made the world feel better
Who doesn't love a Sunday drive
With the windows all rolled down
The world and I enjoying life
When the night fell to dusk
We turned around and headed home
Promising we'd stay in touch
If not in person then via the phone
