Today I did nothing.
Just watch some crap TV.
Eat 3 meals.
Had a ****.
Which hurt my *** a bit.

It is my world gone crazy.
And I am drinking to much beer.

                                                     Please free me.

Said my now disjointed head.
But in my head there is a mirror.
That tells me how I feel.

This is a sad mans song.

So how do I feel.
I will be f**Ked if I know.
Look at yourself see how you lay.

Please somebody free me today.
There are words I want to get out there.

I let a good friend walk away today.
I should have known better.
But I did, with sorry in my heart.
I pressed restart.
Then it goes.
When you sure it can go on.
Keep talking on.
for after a restart.
It is then gone.

You can feel them, they are part of you
they bounce of your soul echo back into your mind
make idears, find new words there
pulse's so you find them change
there being in time and space
words that never meant a thing to you
words can make me feel invisable
they can make see,
waves on the shore, of time, lapping, ******* @ my mind, and my feet.

Hear all the guitars
hear the words
i still remember when saw your face
think that day
I feel in love with you
I am so confused
I can't believe this is true
the way your smelled
makes my heart melt
fear as cripples me inside
so funkadelic
it's the way you
walked into the room
stood by at the bar
scented up my leg
winked at me and smiled
done me in
mess with my funkadelic brain
I winked back
you giggled
just wanted to kiss you there
and hold you
feel your presence
see how close you are to my heart
Just another Funkadelic Dream.

There nothing more
that I like than gardening
sticking my nose
into a rose
then remembering when
I was sixteen
for the smells was not a rose
it more like a ****
and cigarette smoke
mix in in a bar
but I still drift off
la la la, lar
so let back to the garden.
It's ok Now I only take Prozac to get me through  P@ul.
Paul Hardwick May 2015
Gardening can be good for your mind
watching the flowers that grow around your heel
but unknown to me they also grow in your mind
grow in your feelings, as in real life
and I am going to chase, that cat, that digs them up
squirt it with a water pisstol
and shout!   **** the dam!   well off!
but never hurt it
but on days i find
that garden which I tend,
try's to hurt me back
watch out for the roses
after sratching my arm bad and watching it bleed
it was as if the rose asked me a question back
saying I rip your skin and give you pain
but never sratch your soul
that made me think
can in you in the private garden of your soul get hurt?
All ture aND F**K that cat!       P@ul.

come along  with me
lets look into the life
of the common garden pea
maybe you like them
maybe you do not
but these are my words to
the common garden pea
from me to them
we have all seen them
and had to work out how we eat them
better stuck in mash potato
than balanced on the knife or fork
kids just distribute them so neatly
on the table and the floor
then hold up there plate
and ask for some more
but have you tried to grow them?
if not come on a journey with me
plant some peas in the soil
water them liberally
then let the season warm the earth
after about 14 days or so
you will see little green shoots
place some sticks in
for the peas
likes something to hold on
just like you and me
for the pea has a hard life
as the season moves on
the pea holds out little tendon
that grip on the sticks
then the snails move in
danger will robertson
for in one night
the snail can ****** all of these
the peas that do survive
suddenly come alive
shooting up like rockets
then after the flowers form
all white in the sun
the pods form
and in them form the peas
those sweet nuggets
we love called garden peas
for my peas that i eat today sweet treats of emerald green... thank you peas.

Just sitting
listening to Alan Parsons
Rubbing Germolene
into my arm
after a battal with the roses
in my garden
rubbing in Germolene
as my arms now stinging
trying to relax
picking up my pen
and writting words down
try to make sense of them all
as the fumes
of the Germolene ant nice
but stopped the stinging in my arm
Germolene
the gardeners
best friend
and makes you smell like
you've just come
from the gym

I find no truth
in    what is my    own

finding            nothing         in        my         own       words

Margret sat at the window in her wheel chair.
As she always did on Thursdays.

Maybe it is today.
When I see that tall dark handsome man again.
Her view was obscured by the net curtain slightly.
But his siluette she knew.
So engraved was it on her mind.

Wish i had made that tea now.
She said to herself.
But I can not leave now.

So she reach for the Gin which was at hand.

Really should not.
She said to herself.
As she poured it in the glass.
Just one finger or two.

After finishing two glasses.
The siluette stood at the end of the path.
In a panic she pulled at the wheel chair.
Now the front door was the target.

Pushing and pulling at her wheel chair, on her way into the hall.
She became stuck on the carpet gripper, that separated the lounge from the hall.
In her frustration, she pulled and push those wheels till.
Over the gripper they went.

She could hear the siluette footsteps now receding.
Getting to the front door there she saw laying on the floor an envelope.

Her hands now hot and sweaty, ripped the envelope apart.
Reading these words, the words she wanted to hear.

Who is Assad
does he think
that killing people is the way
does he think that
it's makes him look big
his body moves like a crack of a wipe
he stands and sags
while placing Russa
on it's knees
Putin puts up no fight
smiles and says yes

Come on Russa we more than this.

Sunshine in the day.

Then why do I feel so far from home.

I snore like
a saw cutting down trees
in the woods
you so don't want me now
girl I should not do this
on a swing in the park
I look what you need
my blue eyeshine
like diamonds
we watch people walk up the hill
laugh at them as they walk
breathing heavy
you let your dress slip

Kids stay safe.

While standing at the bus stop.
One raining day.
I looked up to heven.
The grey clouds there to see.

Then I smelt your perfume.
Turning my head, there I could see.
Y O U.   Wet yet beautiful.
Your wet, dark hair, clinging to your face.

You fumbled in your handbag.
Picked up a compact, while looking at yourself.
YOU SI.   Placed it back.
Took out a cigarette, and fumbled more.

You turned to me.
Asking do you have light Mac?
No I answered.
Just a dark brown overcoat.

It was then I knew.    I had lost you for ever.

i am happy to be with you
living in your after glow
and i am bless just to have found you
i am happy with you
just dancing in the after glow
please do not ask me how i love
for i might miss that after glow
for in some ways my love can be right
with me living so in the after glow.

I said to my girlfriend last night
what do you think of a night out with the girls
a night off from me, maybe a few bottles of wine

"She said oh yes that would be lovely!"

I SAID GOOD.   BECAUSE WE ARE BReAKING UP.

if it was mine to give

seams to me we all own it

Think what you will of me
on the day we meet
you will ask my why
and on that day I will say
your asking a man, in his old days
when when did you do that
and I will say, who are, you to judge me now
for I see you as young.
and when i meet the devil
that is me and you to
he will look into my soul
and ask
why did you never ever give me anythink to work with
midnight blues, my soul glowing cold
but in the warmth of heat.
Tell me if you understand that.
