Let's open a book
and read the first page.
Once upon a time
in a long forgotten age
there lived a young girl
she didn't possess any magic powers
and she lived in a house
not locked in a tower
in fact that girl
why she could even be you
let's imagine she is
and make this story come true.
You could be my Snow White
the most beautiful of them all
or you could be my evil queen
your jealousy will be your downfall.
You could be my Cinderella
your true beauty will be revealed at midnight
or you could be my Rapunzel
your hair truly is a magnificent sight.
You could be my Alice
lost in a wonderland inside your head
or you could be my sleeping beauty
exploring new lands while asleep in your bed.
You could be my little mermaid
with your enchanting voice
or you could just be yourself
because honestly that would be my choice...

It burns.
Badly.
The burning sensation
Can take over and ****.
But  you begin to like the burn.
Even crave it sometimes.
It's the kind of pain you secretly love.
Kind of like when you hurt someone you love,
Or when someone you love hurts you.
You know it's bad.
You know it's wrong.
But you just can't stop.
Because even though it's awful,
Even though it's painful,
Even though it's lethal,
It all hurts so good.

I should like to be your sunshine.
Let me radiate love around your atmosphere.
Let my rays dissect your innards,
And fill your body with warmth.

I should like to be your sunshine.
For without me,
Your day would be empty,
For without me,
The rainbows from your heart won't reflect;
The flowers in your mouth won't bloom;
The storm in your eyes won't cease.

I should like to be your sunshine.
Beautiful in your eyes,
Illuminating your day with hues.

But the sun may set,
And the moon shall rise,
And I may no longer be within your reach,
or I may have seemingly disappeared.
But love, be reminded
That as you gaze upon the night sky,
My love for you will shine still,
And the moon shall echo the love of
Your dear sunshine.
Not my best; wrote it during Physics class when I should have been taking notes. It talks about wanting to be someone's reason of brightness, positivity and warmth in life. :-)

lets go stargazing.
let me point at the stars,
and remind you that
to me, you aren't just a star;
you’re the whole **** night sky.
I have a habit of not giving my poems the titles they deserve.
Kiss me
kiss me now
kiss me forever in the moonlight
kiss me wherever it feels right
just kiss me

Wear love like a scarf
close to your head and your heart
don't let it choke you
don't let it blind you
just keep it in between those two
so everything makes sense
so you make sense
and you're not withholding yourself
from what life has to offer
if the scarf starts blinding you, take it off
if the scarf starts chocking you, rip it off
and remember
its better to wait for the good scarves
the ones that last
cause the ones that are in clearance
have a reason to be there.
