A darkening of sight..

On some godly flight….

Did you believe?
Did you follow?
Drink the Kool-Aid
And quickly swallow?

I am not asleep
I am not afraid
I still believe in peace
While war’s on parade…

my heart was an open book
full of blank sections
and searching for meaning
I filled it with questions

I looked for connections
or some explanation
I looked for letters
and I found punctuation
