It hurts how far away we are from who we were together.
Like souls inverted, fused by magic, and then pulled apart.
Stretched across the universe by rough hands larger than anything; calloused fingers that whisper “I know what is best for you.”
If time is in distance in the great big universe, maybe someday we’ll soar so far
that we will find each other.
In wrinkles or in recklessness, I hope your lips meet mine again,
with the epiphany of what real loving is.
Everyday I see you in the smallest details, wrapped in tiny envelopes and parcels all from Fate.
Reading the signs is like reading your soul, in pieces that make you feel the world all at once.
I am so uncomfortably aware of how small I am
within this Creation that holds our habitable speck,
which only proves to me that something so great deserves to exist on it.
And if we are not destined to create a glory for our histories, I hope we meet as friends and lovers, and different stars in different worlds, and souls who seem to know each other
but do not understand why.
In past lives, I know you held my hand. In future ones, I hope you will. In present, I am always wishing you were around so our fingers could intertwine;
like our paths, always intersecting in this mysterious void filled with so much magic.
I am not certain how the world turns or why we grow or where we truly are, but I am certain you will always be my heart, a microscopic ***** in a sea of billions of stars.
I love you like the way the Universe is, always expanding and forever flowing through time.

I get near crying
quite a lot
I guess
and
even when I'm feeling great
I think things would be
better if I were to be
hit by a car
right then

I always thought these things
were always in people's minds-
always seconds from a suicide,
leaving everyone behind
but I'm seeing now that
it's just me and my mind
that are are constantly searching
for an escape against time

I'm kind of avoiding facing that,
because impermanence is
such a big part of my life
and I've learned through the years
we don't change, we just become refined
so I'm fighting with myself and my
******* hungry soul
to stay or to go
but I just don't know

whatever though,
my internal dialogue
is simply
dialogue
until it materializes

Lost in my mind
With emotions running the game
I can't figure out my thoughts
Because they're never the same.
Lost in a world
Loving the thought of that one
Who can't stand the thought of relationships
And decided that we were done.
Lost in my feelings
Not angry, but dazed and confused
Because she still likes me
So I just don't know what to do.
Lost in my heart
Feuding between two sides
One wanting her more than breathing
The other just dying to get by.
I know
mostly
I don't even write anymore
in my streaks of
4 o'clock
the words barely come to my throat
and then fall into a knot
clotted coughs
taste like red roots and hip hop

mads
9th February.
I suppose it should hold special meaning,
Or coloured dinosaur eggs
But it's merely volcano silt.
Washing out a year and bringing in a brand new blandness I don't need.
It'll be the celebration day of my birth in just a week
Everyone has forgotten,
Too wrapped up in their own brain mazes;
Everyone forgets,
Mauve poison daggers seeping through memories
Forgetting;
Mostly warm summer days,
Mostly the southerly change at night
Mostly February ninth.

Everyone's forgotten me.
Mind *****. I'm sick and feverish.

One of the strangest feelings
That I can ever recall
Is knowing your tears,
Into your coffee, fall
Not at all changing taste
As all your silent fears
Gently roll off your face
If I could write using moonlight
I'd pick up a quill
And break it while
Imprinting your name over and over again
All over your skin and mine
A strange, mismatched puzzle
Tattoos spreading across both our skins
Yearning for the other
The letters reaching out
Across the expanse of space and skin
Attempting to form a complete picture
With each other
And display my masterpiece

Apart- senseless

But placed against each other
They read out
An entire story
Told in two words

Borne of a strange need for possession
I would keep writing until you and I
Would bleed the colours of the evening skies
The silver scars, like intertwining webs
A destiny wound together in a braid

**Inseparable
Unfathomable
Been a while. Comments?

I never speak loud enough
and my words are consistently twisted
by the poison in my tongue
before they escape my mouth
and the things that I say are often
misinterpreted in the worst possible manner
when all I really ever meant to say
was that I love you
and I really hope that you love me too
but the words came too quietly,
too softly from my terrified lips
which scarce part to make way for the syllables
that were not meant to come out
and
you told me I was too clingy, too soon
too possessive and too paranoid
but I just didn't want the soul that I love
to scatter into ashes and leave me alone
again

The world spins
Dizzy roller coaster
Pitch and yaw
I'll lie and say I never saw
Your evaporation take place
I was a clam
And you were some pliers
Or maybe just a liar
I replaced you with a sharp piece of metal
When I swore I'd never settle
But it seems I've stumbled into blank
Blankets of blankness
Rank this less than perfect
On a scale of one to ten
