Clouds Of Grey
Marian Mar 2013
It breaks my heart to see your pain
Sunshine obscured with bleakest rain.
I see the tears in your brown eyes.
Your  smiles mingle with smothered sighs.

And when with me you try to play
It's like your thoughts are far away!
You carry such a heavy load,
Yet never once to me act cold.

Every day you clean and cook,
Your sorrow some unwritten book.
Sunshine dissolved in clouds of grey
The day you gave your pets away.

Genesis 1
Marian Mar 2013
In the beginning God created the
heaven and earth.
2 And the earth was without form,
and void; and darkness was upon the
face of the deep. And the Spirit of
God moved upon the face of the
waters.
3 And God said, Let there be
light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it
was good: and God divided the light
from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day,
and the darkness he called Night. And
the evening and the morning were the
first day.
6 And God said, Let there be a
firmament in the midst of the waters,
and let it divide the waters from the
waters.
7 And God made the firmament,
and divided the waters which were
under the firmament from the waters
which were above the firmament: and
it was so.
8 And God called the firmament
Heaven. And the evening and the
morning were the second day.
9 And God said, Let the waters
under the heaven be gathered
together unto one place, and let the dry
land appear: and it was so.
10 And God called the dry land
Earth; and the gathering together of
waters called he Seas: and God
saw that it was good.
11 And God said, Let the earth
bring forth grass, the herb yielding
seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit
after his kind, whose seed is in itself,
upon the earth: and it was so.
12 And the earth brought forth
grass, and herb yielding seed after his
kind, and tree yielding fruit,
whose seed was in itself, after his
kind: and God saw that it was good.
13 And the evening and the
morning were the third day.
14 And God said, Let there be
lights in the firmament of the heaven
to divide the day from night; and
let them be for signs, and for seasons,
and for days, and years:
15 And let them be for lights in the
firmament of the heaven to give light
upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great
lights; the greater light to rule the day,
and the lesser light to rule the night:
he made the stars also.
17 And God set them in the
firmament of the heaven to give light upon
the earth.
18 And to rule over the day and
over the night, and to divide the light
from the darkness: and God saw that
it was good.
19 And the evening and the
morning were the fourth day.
20 And God said, Let the waters
bring forth abundantly the moving
creature that hath life, and fowl that
may fly above the earth in the open
firmament of heaven.
21 And God created great
whales, and every living creature that
moveth, which the waters brought
forth abundantly, after their kind, and
every winged fowl after his kind: and
God saw that it was good.
22 And God blessed them, saying,
Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the
waters in the seas, and let fowl
multiply in the earth.
23 And the evening and the
morning were the fifth day.
24 And God said, Let the earth
bring forth the living creature after his
kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and
beast of the earth after his kind: and
it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the
earth after his kind, and cattle after
their kind, and every thing that
creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and
God saw that it was good.
26 And God said, Let us make
man in our image, after our likeness:
and let them have dominion over the
fish of the sea, and over the fowl of
the air, and over the cattle, and over
all the earth, and over every
creeping thing that creepeth upon the
earth.
27 So God created man in his own
image, in the image of God created
he him; male and female created he
them.
28 And God blessed them, and
God said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the earth, nd
subdue it: and have dominion over the
fish of the sea, and over the fowl of
the air, and over every living thing
that moveth upon the earth.
29 And God said, Behold, I have
given you every herb bearing seed,
which is upon the face of all the earth,
and every tree, in the which is the fruit
of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall
be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth,
and to every fowl of the air, and to
every thing that creepeth upon the
earth, wherein there is life, I have
given
every green herb for meat: and
it was so.
31 And God saw every thing that
he had made, and, behold, it was very
good. And the evening and the
morning were the sixth day.

Psalm 8
Marian Mar 2013
O Lord our Lord, how excellent
is thy name in all the earth!
who hast set thy glory above the
heavens.
2 Out of the mouth of babes and
sucklings thou hast ordained strength
because of thine enemies, that thou
mightest still the enemy and the
avenger.
3 When I consider thy heavens,
the work of thy fingers, the moon and
the stars, which thou hast ordained;
4 What is man, that thou art
mindful of him? and the son of man,
that thou visited him?
5 For thou hast made him a little
lower than the angels, and hast
crowned him with glory and honour.
6 Thou madest him to have
dominion over the works of thy hands;
thou hast put all things under his
feet:
7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and
the beasts of the field;
8 The fowl of the air, and the fish
lf the sea, and whatsoever passeth
through the paths of the seas.
9 O Lord our Lord, how excellent
is thy name in all the earth!

Job 39
Marian Mar 2013
Knowest thou the time when
the wild goats of the rock bring
forth? or canst thou mark when the
hinds do calve?
2 Canst thou number the months
that they fulfill? or knowest thou the
time when they bring forth?
3 They bow themselves, they
bring forth their young ones, they cast
out their sorrows.
4 Their young ones are in good
liking, they grow up with corn; they
go forth, and return not unto them.
5 Who hath sent out the wild ***
free? or who hath loosed the bands
of the wild ***?
6 Whose house I have made the
wilderness, and the barren land his
dwellings.
7 He scorneth the multitude of the
city, neither regardeth he the crying
of the driver.
8 The range of the mountains is
his pasture, and he searchest after
every green thing.
9 Will the unicorn be willing to
serve thee, or abide by thy crib?
10 Canst thou bind the unicorn
with his band in the furrow? or will
he harrow the valleys after thee?
11 Wilt thou trust him, because his
strength is great? or wilt thou leave
thy labour to him?
12 Wilt thou believe him, that he
will bring home thy seed, and gather
it into thy barn?
13 Gavest thou the goodly wings
unto the peacocks? or wings and
feathers unto the ostrich?
14 Which leaveth jer eggs in the
earth. and warmest them in dust,
15 And forgetteth that the foot
may crush them, or that the wild beast
may break them.
16 She is hardened against her
young ones, as though they were not
her's: her labour is in vain without
fear;
17 Because God hath deprived her
of wisdom, neither hath he imparted
to her understanding.
18 What time she lifteth up herself
on high, she scorneth the horse and
his rider.
19 Hast thou given the horse
strength? hast thou clothed his neck
with thunder?
20 Canst thou make him afraid as
a grasshopper? the glory of his
nostrils is terrible.
21 He paweth in the valley, and
rejoiceth in his strength: he goeth on
to meet the armed men.
22 He mocketh at fear, and is not
affrighted; neither turneth he back
from the sword.
23 The quiver rattleth against him,
the glittering spear and the shield.
24 He swalloeth the ground with
fierceness and rage: neither believeth
he that it is the sound of the trumpet.
25 He saith among the trumpets,
Ha, ha; and he smelleth the battle afar
off, the thunder of the captains, and
the shouting.
26 Doth the hawk fly by thy
wisdom, and stretch her wings toward the
south?
27 Doth the eagle mount up at thy
command, and make her nest on
high?
28 She dwelleth and abideth on
the rock, upon the crag of the rock,
and the strong place.
29 From thence she seeketh the
prey, and her eyes behold afar off.
30 Her young ones also **** up
blood: and where the slain are, there
is she.

Welcome back, my Emerald Gem!
Precious is your Hibiscus stem
Which is full of love to the core
My Sis I love you forever more

My Emerald Gem, I love you
I always wish to give you my happiness when you feel blue
Thank you so much for being such a lovely Sis
My dear, I wish I could give you a hug and kiss!

I wish I could give to you a bouquet
Of every flower that would sing to you each day
That way you would always be happy
As you play your Cello loudly and clearly

I wish I could give to you a Hibiscus crown
To grace your head, while you dance in your gown
To the sweet song of your Cello
With sweet songs Classical and mellow

I want to say to you
Welcome back, my Sis never feel blue
Welcome back, my Emerald Gem
Precious is your Hibiscus stem!

The Blanket Of Snow
Marian Mar 2013
The blanket of snow,
Covered the shivering trees,
For they had no protection from the cold;
And wind that blew the leaves.

The chilly wind doth blow,
All night long,
And a blanket of snow;
Fell to the ground without singing a song.

Ice covered puddles near mushy snow,
That had once been pretty,
When it melts where does it go?
Alas! It is not pretty to see!

Only a few flowers,
Opened their pristine blooms,
And the snow lasted hours;
As we watched it from the rooms.

Opabin Light Dance
Marian Mar 2013
Trees grow on the hillside,
Of the mountain wide,
The sky is the same colour as the lake;
I love coming here for my and their sakes!

Trees growing here and there,
And God's watercolor of blue in the air,
I love coming here;
And watching the lake with water cold and clear!

I love to come here in the pictures I see,
Because this place is dear to me,
I love the mountains of beauty;
This place was painted beautifully.

The light of the sun dances here and there,
And sweetly dances through the air,
With such freedom that it sets me in a trance;
No wonder they call this place Opabin Light Dance!

Psalm 1
Marian Mar 2013
Blessed is the man that
walketh not in the counsel of
the ungodly, nor standeth in the
way of sinners, nor sitteth in the
seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of
the Lord; and in his law doth he
meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree
planted by the rivers of water,
that bringeth forth his furit in his
season; his leaf also shall not
wither; and whatsoever he doeth
shall prosper.
4 The ungodly are not so: but
are like the chaff which the wind
driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall
not stand in the judgment, nor
sinners in the congregation of the
righteous.
6 For the Lord knoweth the
way of the righteous: but the way
of the ungodly shall perish.

Lighthouse
Marian Mar 2013
The sky is matching the blue of the sea,
This place is a treasure for me,
The lighthouse is sitting on a rocky island;
Near the shore with cool sand.

The sun is ready to sink in the sky,
Yet the Lighthouse remains sitting on it's island on high,
The blue waves are in motion;
In the sapphire ocean.

Oh, such beauty is seen here,
This place I hold very dear,
With the green moss growing on the island;
Which stands next to the shore of sand.

I love the sky of blue,
With it's pretty white clouds passing through,
This place is so pretty;
This place is lovely!

I love this place don't you see?
That I hold this place dear to me?
This place is so beautiful I could cry;
This place that I can only see in my mind's eye.

Proverbs 2
Marian Mar 2013
My son, if thou wilt receive
my words, and hide my
commandments with thee:
2 So that thou incline thine ear
unto wisdom, and apply thine
heart to understanding;
3 Yea, if thou criest after
knowledge, and liftest up thy
voice for understanding;
4 If thou seekest her as silver,
and searchest for her as for hid
treasures;
5 Then shalt thou understand
the fear of the Lord, and find the
knowledge of God.
6 For the Lord giveth wisdom:
out of his mouth cometh
knowledge and understanding.
7 He layeth up sound wisdom
for the righteous: he is a buckler
to them that walk uprightly.
8 He keepeth the paths of
judgment, and preserveth the way of
his saints.
9 Then shalt thou understand
righteousness, and judgment, and
equity; yea, every good path.
10 When wisdom entereth into
thine heart, and knowledge is
pleasant unto thy soul;
11 Discretion shall preserve
thee, understanding shall keep
thee:
12 To deliver thee from the way
of the evil man, from the man that
speaketh froward things;
13 Who leave the paths of
uprightness to walk in the ways of
darkness;
14 Who rejoice to do evil, and
delight in the frowardness of the
wicked;
15 Whose ways are crooked,
and they froward in their paths:
16 To deliver thee from the
strange woman, even from the
stranger which flattereth with her
words;
17 Which forsaketh the guide
of her youth, and forgetteth the
covenant of her God.
18 For her house inclineth
unto death, and her paths unto the
dead.
19 None that go onto her return
again, neither take they hold of
the paths of life.
20 That thou mayest walk in the
way of good men, and keep the
paths of the righteous.
21 For the upright shall dwell in
the land, and the perfect shall
remain in it.
22 But the wicked shall be cut
off from the earth, and the
transgressors shall be rooted out
of it.

For My Friend Of Beauty
Marian Mar 2013
For my friend of Beauty
That she describes so well
She loves Nature and is brilliant too
A poetess of words is she
As she describes so well
The dawn of morning and
The dusk of Night
And the snow she describes
So very sweetly and beautifully
She is my friend
And a pretty one too
As she writes with beauty
The things she knows so well
Sunrises and sunsets
She describes their Beauty too
With such graceful lines
Written with her lovely description
She is gentle with all animals
And they respect her
She loves cats too
Just like I do
She is full of beauty, grace,
Happiness, sunshine, and love
And she is my graceful dove!

Mountains with ice
Mountains and ravines and meadows too

All different colours

Sapphire blue lakes And sparkling rivers
Sing a swelling anthem
To greet Spring

Sun Rays In Grenolds Park
Marian Mar 2013
Sunrays hit the parking lot,
This place is cool instead of hot,
The palm trees catch my eye;
As I look up into the beautiful sky.

There are no other buildings,
Save for one pavilion,
No cars or people are around;
Just me and not even a bird to make a sound.

But I love it here,
This place I hold very dear,
In my mind's eye and my heart's door;
Just waiting for me to explore.

Other trees and bushes are in the Forest,
But right here is where I'll stop to rest,
This place which I hold dear to my heart;
Remains: Sunrays in Grenolds Park.

Proverbs 15
Marian Mar 2013
A soft answer turneth
away wrath: but grievous
words stir up anger.
2 The tongue of the wise useth
knowledge aright: but the mouth
of fools poureth out foolishness.
3 The eyes of the Lord are
in every place beholding the evil
and the good.
4 A wholesome tongue is a tree
if life: but perverseness therein is
a breach in the spirit.
5 A fool despiseth his father's
instruction: but he the regardeth
reproof is prudent.
6 In the house of the righteous
is much treasure: but in the
revenues of the wicked is trouble.
7 The lips of the wise disperse
knowledge: but the heart of the
foolish doeth not so.
8 The sacrifice of the wicked
is an abomination to the Lord: but
the prayer of the upright is his delight.
9 The way of the wicked is an
abomination unto the Lord: but
he loveth him that followeth
after righteousness.
10 Correction is grievous unto
him that forsaketh the way: and
he that hateth reproof shall die.
11 Hell and destruction are
before the Lord: how much more
then the hearts of the children of
men?
12 A scorner loveth not one
that reproveth him: neither will he
go unto the wise.
13 A merry heart maketh a
cheerful countenance: but by
sorrow of the heart the spirit is
broken.
14 The heart of them that hath
understanding seeketh knowledge:
but the mouth of fools
feedeth on foolishness.
15 All the days of the afflicted
are evil: but he that is of a merry
heart hath a continual feast.
16 Better is little with the fear
of the Lord than great treasure
and trouble therewith.
17 Better is a dinner of herbs
where love is, than a stalled ox
and hatred therewith.
18 A wrathful man stirreth up
strife: but he that is slow to anger
appeaseth strife.
19 The way of the slothful man
is as an hedge of thorns: but the
way of the righteous is made
plain.
20 A wise son maketh a glad
father: but a foolish man
despiseth his mother.
21 Folly is joy to him that is
destitute of wisdom: but a man of
understanding walketh uprightly.
22 Without counsel purposes
are disappointed: but in the
multitude of counsellors they are
established.
23 A man hath joy by the
answer of his mouth: and a word
spoken in due season, how good
is it!
24 The way of life is above to
the wise, that he may depart from
hell beneath.
25 The Lord will destroy the
house of the proud: but he will
establish the border of the
widow.
26 The thoughts of the wicked
are an abomination to the Lord:
but the words of the pure are
pleasant words.
27 He that is greedy of gain
troubleth his own house; but he
that hateth gifts shall live.
28 The heart of the righteous
studieth to answer: but the
mouth of the wicked poureth out
evil things.
29 The Lord is far from the
wicked: but he heareth the
prayer of the righteous.
30 The light of the eyes rejoiceth
the heart: and a good report
maketh the bones fat.
31 The ear that heareth the
reproof of life abideth among the
wise.
32 He that refuseth instruction
despiseth his own soul: but he
that heareth reproof getteth
understanding.
33 The fear of the Lord is the
instruction of wisdom; and before
honour is humility.

I will lift up mine eyes unto

2 My help cometh from the

3 He will not suffer thy foot to

4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel
shall neither slumber nor

5 The Lord is thy keeper: the
Lord is thy shade upon thy right
hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee
by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve
thee from all evil: he shall preserve
thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy
going out and thy coming in from
this time forth, and even for

My friend from Fairyland I love to hug
We walk through the tall blowing grass
While the breezes stirr and swish our skirts
And as we stop by the creek she turns into a Fairy

One so dear, one so sweet
One the Fairies love to greet
One they respect and love to fly in the air with
One they make beautiful clothes for

One they make a crown of rosebuds
And one they especially love to dance with
And one they sing for with voices loud and clear
One they sing a lullaby to at Night

When their beautiful Fairy Queen sleeps
On a pretty soft bed of ferns
They all sing softly to hush her to sleep
And I happily sing with them for my Fairy Queen!

Lest my tears wake the world from sleep
Under the peaceful starry sky
With the Moon smiling on high

I shall not cry, I shall not weep
Lest tears should fall in a heap
And turn my room to water
If that were to happen other people would be smarter

I shall not cry, I shall not weep
Lest I should wake this world from sleep
And they would ask me "why?"
I so loudly cry

I shall not cry, I shall not weep
Lest my tears should fall in a heap
But if I would they would turn to a lovely Jade
That my salty tears would have made.

On the sweet hibiscus blooms
Sweet orchids open their satin petals
To greet the sweetly shining sun
Against the royal blue sky
With pink cotton candy clouds

Winding meadows and roaring waterfalls

Which brings such sunrays slanting and dancing through the world
And singing to it at Night and hushes the world to sleep
With her beautiful voice which matches her enchanting face
Everyone stops to smile at my Emerald gem sparkling
All day and all Night long bringing hope and bringing all the other lovely things
Snowflakes lacy and lovely kiss her smiling face. . .No she is the Snow
Which dances gracefully from the grey sky
And waltzing on the pine trees
My oh my such beauty she bears and such lovely Grace
She is the sun and it's rays dancing down from above
Sweetly she fills the world with love
Such gracefulness and peace comes from her
Flows from her like a sparkling creek dazzling my eyes
Shimmers like a lake and dazzling like a river
Like a gazelle she is graceful in every way
She is my old fashioned Victorian Princess
Of The Dew Kissed Hibiscus
And we walk through the Enchanted Hibicus Mountain
Full of peaceful solitude and beauty
Such extreme beauty matches that of my Madi's face
Full of tenderness, kindness, and love
As she flys upon wings of a dove
Bringing peace to all her see her
As she bestows them with gemstone leis
And Moonstone kisses--so enchanting on this
Romantic Night where Jades kiss her own
Emerald face of beauty and care!

Cheer up, my sweetest Sis
Even though we are miles away we are so near
The bonds of love that we give each other
Make us seem so near

Please, my dearest you are my inspiration
So please, I beg you not to cry
And if I could play the harp for you and make
It's songs all sunshine and joy dedicated to YOU I would!

I'm happy now, my sis for
My Dad has been thinking a lot of your Cello
And how it's songs sound so pretty
And I've been thinking of the same

We spoke about your Cello just last night
And how all Cellos sound so pretty
And about Harps and Bassos we spoke
We talked about Trumpets and all kinds of instruments

Spoke about their beauty
And I still wondered how your Cello would sound
But I know it would sound very pretty and sad
Because I've heard Cellos before but none played as beautifully as yours!

That I know! And all I've said about you is true, SWEETEST Sis
And I understand your passion for all animals and can't
Stand when they get hit on the road
I can't stand it either so I can relate

If I could walk with you through fields of flowers,
Walk with you by the sea, pick some hibiscus blooms,
And listen to your Cello songs I would do so

But I feel so sad. . . and I am sickened at what I've done
Just look! I've made my sweetest Sis sad!
Oh, my Sis if only I could dry your tears
So let this poem comfort you, my Love

Please, feel happy
And know this if I could play Harps,
Cellos, Trumpets, Flutes, Violins,
Celestas, Chimes, Bassos, and the rest
I would, to make you happy and smile

What can I do, sweet Sis to make you smile?
If I were to play the Piano would your tears turn to smiles?
If I were to make an Hibicus Crown to grace your head,
Would your tears turn to dew?

If I were to walk with you by the sea would your tears turn to laughter?
What can I do to make you happy, my dearest sweetest Sis?
If I were to take you to Fairyland would you be glad
Instead of sad?

**~Marian~

The Old Dead House
Marian Mar 2013
Part I

Frayed curtains hanging at the broken windows
Mice knaw at the old musty books
On drab dusty shelves
On the cracked wallpaper walls
Threadbare rugs on the unpolished wooden floor
Which creaks and groans when stepped upon
Thick vines growing on the walls that bear
Cracked and ***** wallpaper
It's design faded from time
It's pattern cannot be seen for it is covered in dust
Dust so thick one could cough and sneeze
Paint chipped tables and rocking chairs
Which are now beyond repair
If sat on they could break
The stairway covered in hunter-green carpet
Is covered with shards and bits of glass
The cozy and warm feeling of this house is gone and dead
Just like the people whom once lived in this lonely house
They are burried just outside this house
Somewhere on the lawn
Where warped headstones stand tall and bent over
Where lichens grow over their names and dates
Some of them are unknown
Just like the soldier who was killed in battle
Died before he could come home
Killed by other soldiers who faught
In that sad and tragic war

Sonnet: The Fairies Of Night
Marian Mar 2013
The Moon's rays silently fall to the ground
Where the Fairies dance and play all Night long
Singing with some sweet beautiful sound
And playing on their harp some pretty song
Where they mingle warmth and love together
Woven into their pretty tapestry
With no angry, cold or mean words ever
Making the world a paradise to see
The Moon casts it's rays on this sleeping world
And the Fairies sing some sweet lullaby
To hush the world to sleep with pretty words
And the Moon winks to them from the sweet Night sky
While all the world sleeps in a pretty trance
While the Fairies sing to the world and dance

Spring
Is the
Time when all
The roses bloom
And when buds open
And when flowers unfurl
Their very dear sweet petals
And when cool breezes caress me
And when wisteria climbs up trees

Cups
Of hot
Chocolate
To warm me up
From the bitter cold
While the snow keeps falling
Outside my Kitchen window
And the cat dozes on the hearth
While the flames crackle and keep me warm

Christmas (Reverse Nonet)
Marian Mar 2013
I
Think that
Christmas is
Very pretty
Like the falling snow
That kisses my fair cheeks
With pretty lacy snowflakes
That fall on a cold Winter's day
Christmas is such a sweet Holiday

Grace walked hand in hand with me,
In the pretty green lea,
Then she picked a flower;
And drinked in it's beauty, forgetting about the hour.

Grace walked hand in hand with me,
Out to the pretty blue sea,
We picked up sea-shells on the shore;
And found jewels that no pirate ever found before.

We waded in the waves, and rested in the sand,
Grace and I near the sea walked hand in hand,
And found buried treasures of old;
But were the brightest of all instead of dull and burried with mold.

Grace and I walked hand in hand today,
Out near the lakes where flamingos wade and play,
And where birds never had flown so high;
In the royal sapphire sky.

We walked hand in hand together,
We were time is forever,
Right here in Fairyland;
Grace and I walked hand in hand.

In Summer we walk in the meadow,
In Winter we laugh we snow kisses our cheeks and we have fun in the snow,
Out be the sea of eternity;
Grace walked hand in hand with me.

Happy Sunrays
Marian Mar 2013
Happy is the sunray,
That lightens up the break of day,
Happily it will shine;
Sunray so kind!

They are always so pretty,
Especially when they smile at you and me,
As they dance in the meadow;
And sometimes even on the snow.

Sunrays are here to make you glad,
To cheer you up when you feel sad,
Sunrays forever love to dance;
As they smile at you in a trance.

For they are in their own world,
Where no one ever exchanges a cross word,
Where everything is peace and harmony;
And where everything's tranquil and happy.

Thank you, my dearest Mom!
For everything!
I appreciate everything you've ever done for me
Like helping me with my bedroom!!

And also for just being my loveliest and prettiest Mom
I always appreciate everything you ever do
Even though I may not show it in the way I would like to
But please know that you're the best!!! Truthfully!

I hope you always know that your daughter, Marian
Always loves you and cares for you so much, ever so much
And that she thinks you are the BEST
Because you are the BEST

I love you ever so much more than
You'll ever know
And the same goes for Dad too
Even though me and him like to tease each other sometimes!!

But that is just a sign of love
Sweet, pure, and innocent and warm
A love of purest joy and warmest bonds
Between me, and you Mom, and Dad

I love you both so much!! After Jesus you are the most
Wonderful of wonderfuls!!!

For both of my parents who are the BEST EVER (after Jesus, that is)!!!!!!! I love you both so much more than you'll ever know!!! <3<3

My Favourite Place
Marian Mar 2013
Bed of roses growing
The kind that were picked for my vase
And put on my nightsand in my bedroom
And a mixed assortment of flowers

This is where I am visiting now
In my mind's eye
Somehow this place is so happy even though
It's a place that's been in my mind because I'm sick

Dolls and stuffed animals on the shelf on the wall
And it's just one long shelf that's on the wall of the entire room
A glass of water on the nightstand along
With the vase of flowers sweet

Soft yellowed linen curtains
Dance at the open window beautifully
Like a picturesque card
That would say, "Get Well Soon" no doubt

**~Marian~
Again, this place came to my mind and I had to write it on paper once more! It is now one of my favourite places to visit through my mind's eye! I have never actually been here this place is just in my mind only!

Water for the thirsty desert
I know it would drink every drop
Because I've been thirsty before many times
And I know how it feels to be thirsty and
Parched and then to have a drink of water
And it feels wonderful like rain in a desert
So I know the sand would turn to mud
And after that things would start to grow
And it wouldn't be a desert anymore
It would be a place to live
Like all the others

I know it probably sounds silly but I just had to write it! How have I done?

Never Leave
Marian Mar 2013
Please never from HP depart,
Forever for that would break my heart,
Please never leave me;
For never again my would see!

Please, my precious sis never leave,
For I would be sick of myself I would heave,
I would miss you so much don't you see;
My dearest sis how much you mean to me?

Please I beg you do not leave here,
For my heart bleed, pain and sear,
I would never get over the pain;
Of realizing that my dear sis I would not see again!

Do not leave me for I love you,
And you cheer me up when I feel blue,
Do not ever depart;
My dearest sis with a tender heart!

**~Marian~
For my dearest sis, Madi!!! She is so full of Grace!! And I would never ever feel happy again if she were to leave!!!!
This is a gift for YOU, Madi, my precious sis!!! <3<3
