THE HAGGARD woman with a hacking cough and a deathless love whispers of white
flowers ... in your poem you pour like a cup of coffee, Gabriel.

The slim girl whose voice was lost in the waves of flesh piled on her bones ... and
the woman who sold to many men and saw her ******* shrivel ... in two poems you
pour these like a cup of coffee, Francois.

The woman whose lips are a thread of scarlet, the woman whose feet take hold on
hell, the woman who turned to a memorial of salt looking at the lights of a
forgotten city ... in your affidavits, ancient Jews, you pour these like cups of
coffee.

The woman who took men as snakes take rabbits, a rag and a bone and a hank of
hair, she whose eyes called men to sea dreams and shark's teeth ... in a poem you
pour this like a cup of coffee, Kip.

Marching to the footlights in night robes with spots of blood, marching in white
sheets muffling the faces, marching with heads in the air they come back and
cough and cry and sneer:... in your poems, men, you pour these like cups of coffee.

So dark, so very dark
but I hear a voice
and I can feel a breeze
but I don't know where I am
all I know is that I'm alone surrounded by people

I can hear people calling my name
Since I lost my sight nothing is the same

I didn't just lose my vision, I lost so much more
My independence
my job
my confidence
my self-esteem
I will never get to live my childhood dream

It's hard to only see one color for the rest of time
BLACK
no color, just
BLACK
Someone very close to me

I believe that
Lies begins with
" I'm always good"...
No one is truly good
We all possess a fair of good and evil

I believe that
Trust is a lie
No body ever knows any one
I believe
there's no small lie, big lie, white lie or black as human rationalize it..
The fact remains that you lied... either
For a good reason or otherwise

I believe
You don't ve to hold a gun to ****
Or stab in a knife to ******
a blunt Lie
Can as well ******
Faster than a bullet from a ******...

I believe in what I believe in...
what about you...

My chest opens and serves a swell of insects, the beautiful and dizzy kind.
The kind that fly in sync and tuning,
craving fire.
I walked for miles and miles, with a veil of wings and buzz and clustered intensity of my swarming
When my insects, they caught that spark
in the distance and rushed.
I see their trail and I follow.
The light you have surrenders my soul.
There's nothing I can do.
Your empty vows...
Worst promises ever known to my ears.
You can't hurry God.
His timing is perfect.
Ours biased.

Soul Survivor
I have been off site praying.
I have been asked to
resumea very special
and important ministry.
It would mean that I could no
longer be on site here.
It must be in God's will and timing.
Please. If you are a believer in prayer
join me in petition that I make
the right, and timely, decision.

Thanks!
Catherine
I am not a Number,
     I am not a Name
I am neither Voice
     nor Face

I am not a Body,
     I am not a Force
I am not a Color
and I am not a Noise.

I am not a Secret,
     I am not a Sight
I am not a Vision
     I am not Right.

I am not an Hour,
     I am not a Breath
I am not a Picture,
     I am not a Rest.

I am not a Whisper,
     I am not a Shout
I am not a Melody,
     I am not a Note.

But I am a Soul,
     I am a Spirit
I am a Word to the Wise
     Saying, I am Here.
