From the depths of emotion we can grow
when you have an introduction to your soul
Searching for truth finding ones destiny
Seeking enlightenment..Seems like life is always testing me
Religions..Fables..Books to fill your coffee table
We feed our minds so we can be stable
A seed must be planted and tended to grow
Bearing fruit of knowledge from ones soul
Replenishing with care the soil of our mind
Removing the weeds of doubt when we find
Everlasting peace...Will  violence ever cease?
Living in a bubble watching hatred increase
War a machine watch it on your TV screen
Looks like a dream or nightmare as they scream
Bombs explode creating destruction and fear
War doesn't care about a number or year
Politicians lie while children die
Leaving a Mother and a Father to wonder why
Sacrifice a tragedy...without meaning
If no one recognizes the blood that is streaming
Stories never told..knowledge forever lost
Doom to repeat..we pay the ultimate cost
Division in our minds continues to grow
Humanity needs to find its Spiritual flow...

I see it something in your eyes
It makes my heart drop its disguise
Its as if my soul was lost at sea
Your sirens song began guiding me
Through all my doubts and mental storms
You repair my heart where it was was torn
As your song plays in my mind our souls become the infinity sign
Two hearts at play our spirits blend for us there is no beginning or an end....

How can love be so true?
Its in my every atom and everything I do
Love to me never had a real meaning
My hearts on fire, my body is steaming
Emotion given birth from deep within
I feel as if I'm committing my greatest sin
Life is fast we have to find our moments in time
We must explore the treasures that we find
Eloquence, beauty a soul so unique
An illusion of thought mental hide and seek
We burst in flames from our passion and desire
Fantasies fulfilled satisfying inner fire
For in this big world there is only one me and you
Whatever it takes for a love so true...

What is a soul?
Is it ever seen?
Is there a soul making machine?
Where do they go when released?
Does it rest in everlasting peace?
All these questions we do ask
As we set upon a wanderers path
Seeking answers where do they lie
No one knows but we still try
To understand what's not understood
To take the bad and make it good
To have no regrets only what we've learned
Every war scar we wear we have earned
New days come and continue to pass
Never slowing down moving too fast
Putting it all together emotions living as one
This of course is not easily done
Answered questions that were never asked
Brings peace but peace does not last
Overcoming life's every struggle
In the process we learn to juggle
We are the questions and life is the answer
Our souls become our private dancer
When you leave where will you go?
That is something we will never know
Its OK you'll find your place
In another body with a brand new face
Together we helped each other grow
Becoming one with this old soul.

My heart sings a lullaby and rocks me gently to sleep
My mind fills with darkness as I fall into chasm so deep
My eyes open but there is nothing there  
My soul spills out through my words without a care......

In us all there is a Song to be sung
A medley of our failures and battles won
Where we begin
Where we end
In between
Where our songs all blend
A chorus of memories each note written through time
Creating one's masterpiece of rhythm and rhyme
Some are short
Some are long
From our hearts we all sing our Song..

Wash away all the misery and pain
What is left is an emotional stain
You cannot see it but it is there
Memories floating in the air
Keep the good, not the bad
Cry tears of joy, not the sad
You will shine each passing day
Like a shower let it wash away

Feel me open
Bodies smoking
Highs in hoping
Keeps us toking
Ego stroking
Mental chicken choking
Limit broken
Receive a token
Attention paid
Moments played
Too long we stayed
Cherish memories made
In daily churn
Through work we earn
Time will turn
What did we learn?
