Love is a ghost.
Jody-Anne Cauchi Feb 2015
It was yours to hold, yours to keep
Blood stained floral dress
Death reaquaints this love.

Life but only a flash of lightening,
Love now a murky hue.
It was yours to hold,  yours to keep.

Holding jaggered shards within your hands.
Torture sweet;  a pain I longed for.
Death reaquaints this love.

Reeds now brushing along my *****
Muddy waters swaying this lifeless body
It was yours to hold, yours to keep.

Longing for your empty caress.
Now a dull red,  dances over porcelain skin
Death reaquaints this love.

Pale eyes stare back upon your face.
My heart you stole; serrated silver helped.
It was yours to hold, yours to keep
Death reaquaints this love.
A ****** mess is love...

A Life.
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Two drums beating in light of one,
Skin stretched far too cover just one
Feeding off blood ; for  survival
Growing stronger each day is this life.

Skin stretched far too cover just one
Body contorted out of usual shape,
Growing stronger each day is this life.
Feet planted firmly against internal walls;

Body contorted out of usual shape,
Heaviness weighs upon bones and flesh,
Feet planted firmly against internal walls;
Pain bared for something new.

Heaviness weighs upon bones and flesh,
Feeding of blood for survival,
Pain bared for something new,
Two drums beating in light of one.

Eye's watching.
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Eye's of all colours,
Blue, Green, Brown these eye's;
I cannot see them , yet know they
Are there watching with intent
Watching with lustful thoughts.
In darkness I sit and wait,
Anticipation building awaiting
The spot light to shine upon me.
Drum beat starts,
Bump ba bump ba bumpa ba ba
Words that arrouse my whole body,
Keep yours eye's on the road an hands
Upon the wheel , Morrison sings.

My body standing now
Hips moving to each beat of the drum,
Eyes watching
Blue, Green, Brown.
My ivory skin glistening with sweat
Electric blue silk and lace *******,
A matching bra they cling to my skin.
Each beat sending another
 movement forward from my willing
Excited body, ******* stand to attention
Each swing of my hips arousing ******
Tension for the eye's that watch me
My arms in the air gently swaying
As if a tree on a gentle spring day,
My hands run along my moist warm skin
Down along my *******, stomach,  hips

And finally removing the last piece of clothing I wear
Eyes still watching me as I bring my body
To the end of this song.
Blue, Green, Brown
They watch me dance, moving my hips,
Arm, hands and swing my hair in ways to
Arouse them along with myself,
Eye's blue, green and brown  watch yet
Never get to feel the warmth that rushes
Between my legs, never to taste the warm natural womanly juices
Never to feel the stiffness of these *******
Eye's they watch with excitement
Pupals dilated in arrousement
*****' s stand errect waiting for action

The light dimes
The music stops
I sit once again
Eye's still watching, waiting
For the show to begin.
Through the eyes of a dancer , this is what is seen.

Re Run
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Recorded on time too re run
A voice echoes over obstructions
Repeated in various grammatical forms
Always to linger on the dence air.

A voice echoes over obstructions
Never to reach the ears of wanted ones
Always to linger on dence air,
White noise, echoing louder.

A voice echoes over obstructions
"Come to me, run quickly"
Always to linger on dence air;
Time stands still , voices echoes.

Always to linger on dence air,
Repeated in various grammatical forms,
White noise echoing louder
Recorded on time too re run.

A Mask
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
A face painted as if it were porcelain,
Blood red smeared, to resemble lips
Glass blue eyes peer, from within blackness,
Tis the smile that scars this mind.

Clothes made of coloured splashed rags,
Shoes made to look bigger than usual
A hat that sits ridiculously small,
Tis this costume you wear that scars this mind.

You smile and run like the village fool,
Harmless, funny the centre of stage;
Laughter follows your stupid ways
Tis the fakeness that scars this mind.

Showing all; you are not a real man
Making people see what was never there,
A mystery,  illusion,  coloured fuzzy hair
Tis this trickster that scars this mind.

Ending your show, with a clank and a BOOM,
Grinning with stained yellowed teeth,
Bowing stupidly toward the crowd;
Tis the man hidden behind the mask,
That scars this mind.

The Peel
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Nails dig deep within the peel,
Gently peeling; flesh back
Revealing rawness; a scent of sweetness
Taking each part with great care.

Gently peeling; flesh back
Baring,  all we look for,
Taking each part with great care
Tears of a monsoon fall.

Baring; all we look for
Eye's that can no longer decieve,
Tears of a monsoon fall
Sunshine warming too ripen the moment.

Eye's that can no longer decieve
Revealing rawness; a scent of sweetness
Sunshine warming to ripen the moment
Nails dig deep within the peel.

Daylight
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Daylight holds the darkest of darkness,
Shadows lurk behind tree's;
Dogs growl at sunlight
Nervousness, quivering at the knees.

Shadows lurk behind tree's;
Sunlight;  dances upon the leaves
Nervousness, quivering at the knees
Smiles broad; teeth askew.

Sunlight, dances upon the leaves
Birds fall freely from the sky,
Smiles broad; teeth askew
Eye's dart back and forth.

Birds fall freely from the sky
Dogs growl at sunlight
Eye's dart back and forth,
Daylight,  holds the darkest of darkness.

Window
Jody-Anne Cauchi Dec 2014
Darkness embraces the mind
Feathered wings beat within ear shot,
Eye's peering through a window of life.

Flashes of past lives, try to take hold
Mystery still living unsolved,
Darkness embraces the mind.

Grappling bones reach from within
Clawing the soul, rippling emotions
Eye's peering through a window of life.

Depths of sorrow, burrow in the heart
Draining light and shadows into abyss,
Darkness embraces the mind.

Boats stay afloat upon salted tears,
Waves crash upon stoic rocks,
Eye's peering through a window of life.

Movies of old play once again black and white,
No words spoken, mimes left wordless
Darkness embraces the mind,
Eye's peering through a window of life.
