O,
to be
Manet
with Nana
on that morning
before the stroke
of brush did touch
her cheeks with blush
of immoral immortality.

Love Me Always

Love me always,
For I will be there always,
Hate me never,
For I will hurt you never,
When you cry,
I will comfort you,
And when you smile,
I will smile too,
Love me always,
For I will be there always.

The silence screamed all around
As she lay in her satin gown
Her cheeks so pale they looked like milk
Her body as frail as an exotic silk
And they knew she would not awaken
For there was nothing there
But the poison that she’d taken

With an empty heart he tried to remember
The gentle kiss of his late lover
But couldn’t hear over the sound of despair
So he raised up a dagger into the air
And he plunged it so deep as blood stained the floor
He couldn’t remember what he’d done it for
He fell to the ground where he lay curled
As his pumping blood drowned the whole world.

I know you're gone,
but yet you're still here.

I can feel your presence
in my heart so near.

When I most need strength
I find it in you.

I have found my purpose:
to live life for you.

You are in me,
of this I am sure

For when I feel alone or scared
you come to me as a cure.

I hear your voice,
I feel your love,

and in those dark moments,
I know you are smiling at me from above.

Time has passed
and I still shed a tear

But I know you are with me,
a little bird in my ear.

I watched* you fall into what's less than a bottom less pit
I watched as your tears crashed into an ocean but they added nothing to the waters depths
And I think that's how you felt, like no one cared
Your sadness was nothing to them and it blended in
to all the depression that surrounds us
Your smile hiding that sorrow
from within
I watched you run without even moving an inch, but you were so far gone from the world that any pain wouldn't stand a chance
I watched as your cries became lies telling yourself you were fine
I watched it all without ever looking
But what I did watch is you getting better
You started painting pictures
Covering the regret
All you could do
was *forgive and forget
Partially about my sisters life in the past
