The blossoms fallen from the sky
The world softly snowed under
And deep beneath the silent tide
The dark Earth dreams and wonders

Then from a buried cherry springs
A green and tender stem

Once more to bloom again

Moon is alive and she
is listening to us on Earth
and is looking up at a blue
crescent that fills her sky
wondering about us
from afar

does she see our city lights
dark against her starry sky

cryptic hieroglyphs
neon constellations

does she know
who we are
who reach
out to
her

Filaments
Fine and thin
The more of them
The thicker the stem
Branching connections
Point back to their source
Laid out in ley lines of force
Everywhere the lines converge
They canonize a demiurge
And so delineate, unfurl
Electric visions
Of their world

The brilliant Sun above our heads
It lights you up in green and red
Flow with the water, with the air
You are so precious but not rare
In our hearts, in our skies,
In our oceans, in our eyes,
You are the one for which we yearn
But O! How bright your halo burns.

No more trees
Zero hour
No more bees
No more flowers

No one knows
No more power
No more rose
No more Tower

When you pounce upon a feather do you think that it's a bird?
Do you understand the weather?

All the Universe is wonderful

A lake of molten glass makes

Silent those frozen razor bright rings sparkle crystalline

They say there are a million moons

The cosmos flowers and unfolds
An ever branching thyrse
Where each electron holds, enfolds
A little Universe

Is there a world
Where the Suns always shine
Do they have a word for
Night

When we as humans come to see
Something abstract and undefined
We add it to the dictionary
The signs and symbols of the mind

When you see pictures you hear sounds
Signs, symbols reverberating
As if the letters speak aloud
Whose voice are you reading this in?

A lot of people try to say
That people act so differently
Based on their gender, their birthday,
Their race, their nationality

And every time we think we've changed
We find that it's perennial
Same little boxes rearranged
What's up with these millennials?

We all say "We are not like you!"
They all say "You are not like us!"
This is something that we all do
Predictable, ubiquitous

But one day, we'll be seen as one
There will be no one else to blame
And they will look at what we've done
And say that we are all the same
