When you say I won't ever be there.
To watch anymore sunsets, chase your fears, or even hold your hand;
It wasn't because I let your value diminish.
I simply could no longer sit there and watch you diminish mine.
Those times of care, love, and safety were beyond the heavens in the unforeseeable skies.
But what's it worth when it all seems to brittle up and die?

I drink to feel better,
I drink to feel fine.
I drink because I miss you,
Is there anymore wine ?

Caroline loves the ocean.
Her soul sails on a Carolina breeze.
But her music's in the mountains,
and her heart's back home
where it needs to be.

I'm stuck here
in a Carolina wind,
wading in the ocean
with my heart in Tennessee,
and my mind on Caroline.

Carolina's got everything
a man could want.
Everything he needs.
It's got the mountains and the ocean.
It has a Carolina breeze.

He has everything but Caroline;
everything but Tennessee.

The Sun.
She is Golden
Crying out to me as she dignifies the morning.
Blinding me.
Encasing me in her warm arms.
Comforting my wonders as I stare up into her pudgy round face.
Feeding my thought.
Her smooth touch across my cocoa colored skin,
It makes me just want to watch her,
And lie there forever.
As life happens,
And time passes by.
