Words will engrave into the minds memory,
And etching too much on to a concrete stone.
Name. Age. Date. Date. Beloved and lovely,
Your words echo like feedback from a phone.

Hold them in comforting arms one last time,
Still begging this won't ever be the very last.
Without them then life will surely fall apart,
And into the sea beating hearts shall be cast.

Whether we will ever like it or not
And our love is for our family or someone else
We all suffer the loss of someone we love
And so slowly you loss that part of yourself

Everyone’s been in love at least once,
They say love is the most dangerous drug.
You become irrational and that firm grip on reality
Flies out the window when you grip on for a hug
Don’t deny it, we both love and hate
It’s written in the blood we all shed
Love we show and all makes us human
Or we are better six feet under… Dead.

Family is the only love I see and know
It’s etched into our heart and into our soul
A mother, a son, a daughter, a friend
These are the things that make hearts feel whole.

It's hard to choose someone,
Someone to mean and be everything.
Because sometimes they will be there,
Then the memory of them is slowly fading.

I think it's hard to say I love you,
To someone and know what it means.
Cause you won't find it anywhere,
Not in any book hidden in the seams.
