Behind the smile
There is a pain
He can never explain

Behind the laughter
I heard a cry
He can never tell why

With his brown hazel eyes
And a hoarse gloomy voice
Stuck in his own world
Seeing a girl who used to be special
Could she still exists in his reality?
When all he sees looks like imaginary

Why did she left him,
When he thought he made her happy
Where did it went wrong,
He thought their love were strong
Why did she let go of his hand,
The life he is having now is plain

No, darling she is not just his another girl,
She makes his heart and world twirl

He is asking with all his guts to confess
Is it possible for her to come back and be his *princess?
If its you I dream about
please don't let this be a nightmare
don't scream and shout
don't let this world scare you
don't be sad
or your heart will die without you
let's not cry
though we may be saddest
let's move on
let's not sink into madness
let's look forward to tomorrow
let's be glad
empty your heart of all the sorrows
let's shake hands
and accept that we're same
can I have this dance
with you now
let's rejoice
let us sing
let the world hear both our voices.
Let's just live
this that we were gifted,
don't let your imperfections bring you down.
If I told you that you mean
something to me
could you open up your mind
and see yourself more clearly
don't you understand
you don't need to be royalty
you're just as great
as a new song from Demi
so let's stop pretending
that we're not who we want to be
let's start looking in the mirror
and liking who we see.
So let's stop lying to ourselves
we're just as good
as everyone else
don't let anyone bring you down
let's just paddle ahead on this ocean of emotion
and let's stay happy and not frown.
So don't let them tell you,
that you're not great
let's not be consumed
by our own hate
for the person we see,
let's decide our fate,
so don't let it bring you down
or you'll get cut
by the mirror shards on the ground,
but you're still here,
you're still around,
you're important.
So don't cry when I can't be found,
just look inside you
and hear the sound
of these words
inside you're heart
you're meaningful, important,
and if you feel sad just go back to the start,
and read this over and over again, until you understand.
I won't stop writing until you're smiling,
and only then this poem will end.
Just remember no matter what, life is only as great as you make it. : )

All I See

I walk around and all I see
are smiles on others
but I cannot seem to recreate a smile
in the mirror.
I walk around and all I see
are girls with boys
who look at them with loving eyes
yet, I have not experienced this.

As she sat in the corner and cried,
Tears rolling down, down so swiftly,
She lifted her head ever so slightly,
And asked him,
“Why is it that you’re still with me?”

No hesitance in his voice,
No anger in his face or hands,
He walked over to her so slowly,
And brought her up for a dance.

“Oh, Sarah. My dear, I thought I told you so,
I love everything about you,
Good or bad, right or wrong,
Whether you feel high or low.
To me, you are perfect,
Even if you hurt me once in a while,
But trust me, babe, we’ll get through it.”

He said, as she began to smile.
He held her close, then, as they rocked back and forth
To their own tune,
“I promise you, we’ll be together, oh so very soon.”

Right then he stopped,
Suddenly,
And looked down at her raw face,
He got down on one knee,
And she gasped as he pulled a box.

“You are the one for me, you see,
Just your smile makes me melt,
I know it would be no mistake spending my life with you,
Sarah, will you marry me?”

She was shocked, all flustered, confused,
Sad, happy, giddy,
Her tears had stopped, her heart began to flutter,
And she felt oh so smitten.

“Harold, I don’t know how you do it,
I don’t know how you make me laugh, sometimes,
I don’t know why you love me so,
I just don’t know why.
But I love you more than anything,
You’re the sunshine to my life,
You make me happier than anybody,
So yes,
Yes, I will!”

There they will be, ten years later,
Happy together, still.

Im sorry I don't have blue eyes that sparkle,
Im sorry I don't have beautiful curves
Im sorry I don't have long hair
im sorry I'm not good enough

Im sorry I can't sing
Im sorry I'm not skinny
Im sorry I'm not smart
im sorry I'm not good enough

Im sorry you hate me,
Im sorry I don't live up to your expectations
Im sorry for being me
*im sorry I'm not good enough

When out of a clear sky, the bright

Sky over Japan, they tumbled the

death of light,

For a moment, it's said, there was

brilliance sword-sharp,

A dazzle of white, and then dark.

Into the cavernous blackness, as

home to hell,

Agonies crowded; and high above

in the swell

Of the gentle tide of the sky, lucid

and fair,

Men floated serenely as angels

disporting there.

You are just an ordinary girl,
with the red lipstick as your shield,
Breathing in the pleasant wordings,
that society itself spills,
You are nothing but a sham,
Beneath that black mascara,
Locks the origin of your charm,
shows the end of your beautiful era.

Oh False Goddess,
You were once pure,
just an ordinary girl,
so ordinary yet extraordinary,
an idea came before that we should marry,
but look at you now,
I feel so displeased,
a thought came into my mind,
"as long as you are pleased",
Today I  lost a friend,
a woman that i knew,
the relationship is at its end,
but every end begins a new.

Oh False Goddess,
I'm begging you please,
strip away the red and black,
to make me feel at ease,
Don't do this to yourself,
for attention and the fame,
you throw away your dignity,
and burn it down to flames.

Oh False Goddess,
My False Goddess,
You are no longer a Goddess,
nor an ordinary girl,
Just a corpse of false beauty,
that's what you are,
the so called Goddess.
well, this poem is talking about how society wants beauty to look like (i think). i mean, i know you people might say, guys go for looks, but a normal plain face is beautiful. Imagine if you are married, you won't be wearing a mascara or a lipstick 24/7. love someone for the plain normal face that they have. Imagine waking up to a woman that her plain face is enough for you. <3

She was so cold, I'm surprised her words weren't froze
She was so cold, her nose, if she sneezed might make snow
She was so cold, I have a feeling an icicle might be on the ceiling
I wonder why the so called expert lacked Human emotion
She was so cold, I think if she had a potion, it would turn to ice
She was so cold, I think being nice is foreign to her
She was so cold, she gave me the chills
She was so cold, that being near her i felt ill
She was so cold, I wish someone would have turned on the heat
even though it was summer
One time I had to meet with a so called expert and this is how i felt.
