Living within my madness
Which contains and freezes the deepest of my insanities
That can no longer be kept inside and are ready to lash out
Ready to erupt like a volcano causing so much grief,sadness and terror.

Thoughts that keep unraveling without my consent
Makes me go crazy , telling me not to cry
This feeling is tearing me up and cannot follow my commands, it has its own mind
