Lets travel to a land
where nobody knows which creed
I belong to
And which sect I possess
Where nobody knows my name
And people are less bias
Have one colour,
One faith which they cling to
Where to judge is to sin
And where nobody asks
who am I
But
what am I doing..
Do what you feel you should do, have pride, have confidence despite whatever this world says. If you think you can make a difference, I believe you can!

If
If I wrote a poem
that no one ever read
would you think it alive
or would you call it dead?

Lost myself and found you
everything was exactly perfect too
but then
Again
My happiness was taken away
Just like it happened that day
When I cried and wondered
Why can't,for long, people stay
You left and asked me
Not to cry this time
How to get over you
It's not that I lost a dime
But I know you'd return
And all my worries would burn
I know I lost myself and couldn't find you too
But yes, now it's God's turn

Let us be
Two birds
sitting on a power-line
watching the sun setting
And all the gloom
Witnessing the colourful sky
And the bloom
You fly away
I call you back
Conceit and vanity
is what you lack
Very far
From the world
And all it's reek
Love in hearts
And truth
on beaks.
A poem written for my bestfriend. You'll always stay there in my heart.

Life is but
A because.
Nothing in this universe
Is without
A because.
Everything ,
From the sky
To the ground.
From a rock
To a seed.
From an ocean
To its wave.
From a beach
To a grain of sand ,
Has
A
Because.
From
Me to you.
Everything in nature ,
Lies behind
A
Because.
People tend to forget that the most insignificant things in life are blessings. Better to be with than without.

Perfect?
No.
Not me.
I'm not afraid
To admit it.
I'm not like
The others.
I don't prance around
Telling everyone
I'm better than them.
It's not my place.
It never will be.
I accept
Being surpassed by others.
Who am I
To judge people?
Nobody.
Perfect?
Nope.
Not this girl.
I'm not some
Straight A student.
I'm not some
Proper princess either.
I may not be
Perfect.
But at least
I speak the truth,
Even when my
Voice trembles.
I am who I am.
You don't like it?
Not my problem.
I accept
Not being the popular kid.
I accept
Not being liked by everyone.
I can be
The ripest most juciest
Peach in the basket.
But I know
There will always be somone
Who doesn't like peaches.
I can't stop things
Like that.
I have flaws.
That is the way it is.
I may not be
Perfect.
But I try
The very best I can
To be
Me.
Remind yourself it's okay not to be perfect. Because the truth is, nobody can be.

Freedom
Means
The power
Or right
              To act,
Speak,
                               Or think
As one wants
                    Without
Restraint.
Freedom is being
Able to soar
In the sky
With the wind
Blowing in your face
Without having your wings tied.
Freedom
Is what we don't have enough of
In this world.

Danni
I always knew I looked like her:
same eyes, smile, ****** expressions,
and even our glasses and smiles.
I always knew that my curls and her
        straight hair separated us.
I always knew that we liked the same things,
disliked the same things.
I always knew our hands wrote the
        same.
I always knew that her fear of
        something
and my love for that thing
made us unique,
but today I learned something new.
We talk the same.
I may swear more,
but I'm not really sure.
I've heard her swear once when she
        was mad,
and every other time,
she was reading a foul line.
But when we're happy,
we have the same tone,
the same speed,
the same words.
When we're sad,
you can hear it in our voices,
see it in our eyes,
notice it in our slouching spines.
And when we're proud of others,
we let them know.
Oh, over and over again,
we let them know.
I'm proud to say I'm like her,
and maybe not seeing her for a year,
I'll be okay.
