"Red lights, green lights, a stop
sign ahead.
do you ever feel trapped, even the
sheets wrap around you in bed.
To walk across a simple street we must
look to our left and right, as if
we're being watched before the turning
of the red light.
We cross, and the people bunk into you
on all your sides while texting their phones.
You see a sidewalk rage break out, one
falls to the ground as if being struck by a
Military Drone.
Working in cubicles now that have 3 walls.
I remember offices with open and closed doors.
Our days come to an end, taking us an hour to come home.
Only to relax in your living room, and now being "SURROUNDED"
with the one's you love, baring in mind with-in the next twelve hours, again
you'll be gone."
