WE PRAY
Mista G Sep 13
In whispered breaths and silent nights,
We lift our hearts to distant skies,
Where hope and solace intertwine,
In the quiet, faith aligns.

We pray for peace in fractured lands,
For healing where the sorrow stands,
For strength in hearts that feel alone,
And courage where the seeds are sown.

We pray for wisdom's gentle light,
To guide us through the darkest night,
For compassion’s tender touch,
To mend the wounds, to heal so much.

We pray for dreams that rise above,
For every soul to find its love,
For understanding's gentle grace,
To bridge the chasms we embrace.

In every prayer, a silent plea,
For unity and harmony,
As hands unite and spirits blend,
We pray for hope that will not end.

So in each moment, small or grand,
We seek the strength to understand,
In prayer, we find a common ground,
A way to lift, a way to bound.

We pray for dawns that bring new light,
For futures bright and free from blight,
And in our hopes, so soft, we say,
Together, we find a way.

PAPER HOUSE
Mista G Sep 10
In a world where dreams pour out on pages,
A house was built, through countless ages.
Walls of parchment, ceilings of prose,
A storybook shelter, where the mind overflows.

Each room a chapter, each window a verse,
Filled with the whispers of scholars immersed.
Ink-stained floors tell tales untold,
Mysterious adventures in every fold.

A fireplace lit with sketched desires,
Paper flames, yet warm as real fires.
Soft rustles of leaves in a paper breeze,
Crafting a haven for hearts at ease.

From its towering spire of tempera ink,
One can see the stars align and think.
A paper house is fragile, yet strong,
A sanctuary where you truly belong.

Whispers of wisdom in every nook,
Bound together by a bookbinder’s hook.
With open doors to the land of dreams,
In a paper house, nothing’s as it seems.

Sometimes I cry
Mista G Sep 6
In the heart of the hustle, where hope runs thin,
Where the streets be the teacher, and we learn to win,
Sometimes the weight gets heavy, no lie,
In the silence of the night, man, sometimes I cry.

Got dreams bigger than the sky, reaching for the stars,
But reality hits hard, leaving battle scars,
In the shadows where the pain don’t fly,
I let it out, real talk, and sometimes I cry.

Seen friends turn to foes, trust get broken,
Words left unspoken, hearts out in the open,
Trying to keep it strong, but ****, do I try,
Behind closed doors, you know, sometimes I cry.

It ain’t weak, it’s real, this life we live,
Gotta find a way to cope, gotta learn to forgive,
In the struggle, in the grind, as we push and we strive,
Feel the tears fall down, and sometimes I cry.

But from the tears, I rise, stronger with each drop,
Never let the pain make this journey stop,
Wipe them eyes, stand tall, reach for the sky,
A new day’s coming, till then, sometimes I cry.

ALL IN MY HEAD
Mista G Sep 6
Rollin' through the streets, shadows deep in the night,
City lights flicker, and I feel the fright.
Voices in my mind, they talkin' loud, they gettin' fed,
Can't shake this feelin'—it's all in my head.

Concrete jungle, where dreams get crushed,
Survivin' day by day, tryin’ not to rush.
Hustlin' on the daily, gotta make that bread,
Livin' on the edge—it's all in my head.

Brothers on the corner, eyes on the prize,
But every step forward, someone's cuttin' ties.
Steel bars and sirens, my fate's in threads,
Dodgin' bullets and lies—it's all in my head.

Heart heavy, can't find no peace,
Demons in the dark, they on the release.
Mama's prayers, hopes hangin' by a thread,
Holdin' on to faith—it's all in my head.

Love feels distant, trust is rare,
In a world so cold, who really cares?
But somewhere deep, where my dreams get fed,
Hope still whispers softly—it's all in my head.

Concrete can't crush the spirit we hold,
Through the tears and pain, still bold.
Livin’ and survivin', dreams not dead,
Strivin' for tomorrow—it's all in my head.

In worlds of ink and boundless dreams,
You wove your tales with vibrant seams,
From Saiyan skies to dragons' flight,
Your stories brought us endless light.

In every page, in every scene,
You painted hopes where hearts convene,
With Goku’s strength and magic's grace,
You left a mark no time can erase.

Your universe, a realm so vast,
Where heroes rise and shadows pass,
From Capsule Corp to Namek’s gleam,
You gave us more than just a dream.

With humor, heart, and battles grand,
You crafted realms, a wondrous land,
Now as we part and say goodbye,
Your legacy will never die.

For in the stars where heroes soar,
Your name will echo evermore,
Thank you, Akira, for the ride,
Your stories live, our hearts abide

In shadows deep where echoes tread,
I wandered once, when I was dead.
No breath to draw, no heart to beat,
In silence vast, I roamed the streets.

The world above, it seemed so far,
A fleeting dream, a distant star.
I touched the veil where light had fled,
A ghostly whisper in my head.

The colors bled to shades of gray,
And time itself began to sway.
In that great void, where whispers rest,
I searched for peace, but found unrest.

Yet even in that silent space,
A fleeting warmth, a gentle grace.
For in the dark, I saw a spark,
A memory's light to leave a mark.

Though once I was beyond the veil,
I learned that even ghosts can sail.
Through realms of thought and dreams instead,
The living light when I was dead
