The brightest of stars will die
the most sonorous singing voice will be still,
that day too an indiscreet cuckoo, will sing oblivious,
from its perch and people will listen without fail,
while the coffin slowly moves to the pyre, bit far.
We are pall bearers for those who walked before us,
by and by the sun will go down and shadows will fall on us.
Loveliest of flowers would lose fragrance, turn to dust
There isn't any new road that leads to one's goals,
"war that end all wars" don't believe it, what a hoax!
Keep patience, delve deep in to self, liberate oneself,
see consistence only in change; it never stops.

It's big boys and their toys
Highway cruising poise
But oh dear,
Cover your ears
What a blinkin noise!

He wheeled it out with pride
Took it  for a ride
Cornered too quick,
Felt it slip
And pranged his Electra Glide
She hung there on the bungee
From Friday thru to Monday
Going round in her head
Were the words he had said-
You'll be fine just trust me

No more a hidden
continent,
now I know
the last of the secrets
you hold
within your geography.
Your armpit sweat
smells hay
and psychedelic mushrooms,
your saliva
has the the  taste of
winter sun light.
A full moon night
your secret  forests have diffused.
I get a taste of mint
mixed with
a dash of musk,
exploring the depths.
Your fruits aren't
the  kind of sweet
I hate,
I dig their tarty taste.
Your voice turns
a husky shiver
when you moist,
I can't help it;
I melt when I see it.
Your long nails
have a thirst for my blood,
when we touch each other
intimately with tenderness.
Gritting your teeth,
you lung forward,
as if you want to eat.
Your eyes get wild,
you are a tigress in heat.
It's the monster in your heart
The one that never gives in easy
It will follow you around till you finally
acknowledge it
It will haunt you, in your dreams and
your reality.
It'll make you draw back, intimidated and
terrified.

If you never look it in the face,
you'll never see what it means to fear
You might draw back-
one step, two steps, three
for you're terrified.
He's standing right in front of you,
his wild smile just for you,
the physical personification of your fear
And then you lean in, closer to his face,
growl at him to stay away.
Now it's his turn to draw back
As he throws his head back and laughs
in wild amusement and the same pride,
parents feel at the accomplishments of
their darling child.
He leaves you that day with a whispery
kiss on your forehead
but he's back the next to make you even
more scared.

One day, when you don't fight back
he will look into your eyes and see your fear
and will frown at the defeat in your eyes
He'll use the dirtiest of tricks to make you fight
He'd do anything to make you fight back
So if you crumple to the ground in defeat,
he'll make sure you watch as your worst enemy
receives all that you had been fighting for
right in-front of your very eyes.

His sense of humour is critical
State of mind, questionable
Love for you? Unforgettable

Death Is A Friend - http://hellopoetry.com/poem/death-is-a-friend/
Our eyes begin the first line,
Blinking out metaphors
As we share secrets without speaking.
Our hands start the rhythm,
Fingers interlocking and swinging
     with every footstep.
Our voices create the verse,
And the chorus comes to life
As we kiss, as we kiss.
Whispers becoming rhymes.
How I would adore spending eternity
Writing poems with you.
Frequently my eyes go unfocused,
Blocking me from the world I know.
I find myself wandering through the labyrinth of my thoughts
Fighting the dilemmas and demons that
Live in the shadows of my mind.

Sometimes I weave through flowered fields,
Wishing to stay there forever
Visiting those I mourn and miss,
Smiling in the sunlight of my perception.

But I must continue through the maze,
Withstanding the darkness and savoring the light
For only in the center,
Past the dead-ends and passageways
Will I find myself and
Allow my eyes to see clearly again.

there are these things like summertime
sadness and frosty windows,
moth wings and the cosmos
and goose flesh and miniature houses
with miniature chairs and

hourglasses and sun-soaked
sheets in the morning and your lips
against mine, hollow bones
and thin blue veins and the
delicacy of synapses and nerves,
reoccurring thoughts and images;
my intimacy with them is
alarmingly sensual;
like the honeysuckle curve
of a bare shoulder,

shadows of hands on walls
and the nectar of your kiss.
things that haunt me and
dance before me,
the epitome
of grace.
