Sep 2014
Its presence brings fear and silence,
That combine to draw out tears.
A deep pain that won’t subside,
As it delves deeper into your soul and mind.
Leaving hearts filled with emptiness,
Tears that won’t dry.
Faces stained with hurt,
Distorted and unable to change,
We become incapable of shaking the pain away,
Familiar faces now ghosts of yesterday,
Baring offspring of depression, suffering and insanity;
Staining your soul with pain.
It’s the only thing that takes but won’t give

Death
