When people break our hearts or when we think our hearts have been broken, it hurts. It hurts a lot. But I think that in the end; it’s us that break our own hearts. The way we see ourselves, and the way we change ourselves so that we are β€œsocially acceptable.” Have you ever thought about that maybe no one breaks your heart except for yourself? In the end we are our own worst enemy, living in a non-ending cycle of dislike towards ourselves. Whether its dislike and hate towards our looks or who we are.  Because in the end; it was all about us and it was all done by us. We inflict the most pain on ourselves.
