two
two smiles framed
by the glorious moonlight
two sets of eyes
glitter within the darkness
two lips, each one
entwined in the other
a makeshift dress, as white
as the surrounding billows
of snow
a single ring to be presented, a
shining symbol to express ones love
for the other
and as the wind howls through the
darkened trees, etched into the sky,
and as the snow falls with more vigor
every second,
two words are repeated
from two people,
two lovers,
i do.
