"temere" poems
temere -
they speak lightly,
their dulcet voices competing against the
melodious harmonies of soothing ballads –
parallel speeches,
repeated utterances of
love.
paliona –
people say repetition brings
mastery, perfection;
if these hackneyed statements were
germane to helpless endearment,
I would’ve taken the plummet;
a timid step off the edge of the concrete building
towards the gravel beneath.
nemesism –
yet too much of heaven is a sin,
smothered by the scent of lemongrass
dappled with the caresses of
ebony tresses;
your silhouette fades to nullity;
and I fall against the prickly surface
of gravel with the memories of
the raxeira drawn along the parquet floor;
your hand lying in mine.

Yo renuncio, yo se que esto les sorprende a muchos
Pero renuncio, entiendo que esta noticia no le importe a muchos
Mientras unos lloran otros se llenan de gozo
Pero ya no aguanto mas y renuncio
No doy mis dos semanas de aviso porque puede que me quede
Y comprendo que no debo estar con esto que me duele
y con esto termino solo dame un minuto para pensar
se que no puedo mas so aqui va
YO RENUNCIO
Renuncio a la gente que dice que ya yo no puedo mas
Que se me asercan y dicen que no voy a llegar
Renuncio a que siempre me pisoteen
En Salmos 91:7 me dice
“caeran a tu lado mil, y diez mil a tu diestra; mas a ti no llegaran
Renuncio a los que no me dejen caminar
Y a todos que solo me quieren hacer el mal
Renuncio a las palabras que me duele
Porque no me quiero quedar porque ya Cristo viene
Renuncio a la prueba y a la situacion mas reciente
Porque el Señor es mi luz y mi salvacion; a quien temere? Jehova es la Fortaleza de mi vida; de quien eh de atemorizarme
Renuncio al mal
Porque el evangelio nunca lo podre renunciar
