dolphins in the sunset jumping in the sea
happy and content as happy as can be
casting silouettes in the darkened sun
a picture so serene playing having fun
everything is quiet and the waters calm
a picture of tranquility filled with so much charm
like a work of art for all the world see
a picture to behold that makes you feel so free

Cut the forget-me-knots.
Dot the t's and cross your eyes;
My balance is a flight-risk.

I knew swindlers of used expressions,
Their attempts: relentless!:
Plucking and picking at taunt silouettes.
Close calls splintered by tall tales.

I held on by the skin of my teeth.

Swindlers with twisted policies
Racked on the broken back burner.
They got scare tactics
Slipping fast from mal-practice.

We we're born to withstand such turbulance
But just in case- i fasten my seatbelt.
Knees bent and heartfelt,
I render these empty spaces moldable.
Heavy minutes move mountains.

Little boy blue beat the big bad wolf
And balance is always a flight-risk.

in the warm pleasure
of a pillowy plushness
as we settle in 4 bed

dozens of candles
dimly (dancing)
lighting the room

two silouettes
curvaceous, crazy
calling out names

frantic, feverish
moving melodic
rhythmic, rhapsodic

mmmnnn...

rapidly warming
degrees of desire
sweating, squirming

All is gone
I can only see darkness
And my mind's projection of the silouettes of my hands
The grandfather clock is broken
No repairman came knocking on my door
Nor did my house tell me it needed fixing
Soon the dust gathered on the golden bells
And the mahogany fell silent
The silver cogs were equally as inaudiable
The glowing numbers didn't shine anymore
Man, the only creature plagued by time
So accustomed to our sickness
I can still hear, in the back of my mind,
"Tik tok...
Tik tok...
- - -."
Part IV in the "Clocks" series

Bright pink, satin red sunset.
Hallow wind,
Black silouettes,
Waves crashing,
More like gliding,
Folding over and under each other,
Just me and you,
Wet sand under our toes,
I always see the outline of your favorite hat,
But never a trace of your face,
Maybe I don't have to,
I know every line,
Every crease,
Because you gave them to me,
Like you gave me this yearning,
To be there with you,
An abundance of love and wanting,
Your presence more full,
Than the rising ocean,
I open my eyes,
Slowly,
Throw my feet over the side of the bed,
I rub away the dream with the back of my hands,
I can still hear the crashing sea,
But all I feel is empty,
I want to know your love,
I want these dreams to be real,
We're only a couple hundred miles away,
Why does it feel like more like light years away,
Why dont you want me dad?
Idk it's starting again

Ran down her road
It was dreary
The sky was dark
The clouds were eerie
Went past her house
Saw the bedroom window shining
Silouettes of the finer things
Hurried past
The rain was pounding down
Heard her voice and
I had to turn around
That's when I saw her standing there
In nothing more than her underwear
What's a man supposed to do

She let me stay til I was dry
Of everything I had inside
That was just before the dawn
Put on my clothes and I was gone
What's a man supposed to do

Thankyou for the cup of tea
And everything between
The sheets the floor the living room
Oh how she made me ....scream
What's a man supposed to do

Now I go down her street every chance I can
But she's always with another man
Once was great that much is true
But what's a man supposed to do
If I get caught again in the pouring rain
And circumstances are the same
I'll stay the night and play her games
But I won't leave til I know her name
What's a man supposed to do

Thankyou for the cup of tea
And everything between
The sheets the floor the living room
Oh how she made me
....scream
What's a man supposed to do!
